Anyone who knows me knows Italian food is my life. Perhaps that’s a slight exaggeration… but I am not ashamed to admit my main reason for wanting to visit Italy was to eat until I felt uncomfortably full. And then eat more after that.

So, imagine how surprised I was when I realized the real reason to visit Italy was for the indescribably beautiful scenery.

With that, please enjoy my favorite photos from our wonderful time in Rome, Venice, and Naples. (And best of all, they were not taken by a cell phone camera!)
